11. Governing Law
South Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions are governed by the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, S.C. Code Ann. §§ 30-4-10 through -165, including § 30-4-30 on access, charges, acknowledgments, and production. S.C. Code § 30-2-50 prohibits obtaining or using public-body personal information for commercial solicitation directed at a person in South Carolina.
12. Severability
If a portion of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
